    This role is critical in aligning HR practices with business objectives across plant operations and corporate teams. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) will oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, drive performance management, and foster a high-performance culture grounded in safety, quality, and productivity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters including staffing, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
    • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies tailored to the needs of a dynamic manufacturing environment, focusing on employee engagement, retention, and growth.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company safety protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and implementing fair, consistent solutions that promote a positive work culture.
    • Oversee performance management processes, including coaching supervisors on feedback delivery and development planning for hourly and salaried staff, promoting continuous improvement and growth opportunities.
    • Analyze workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, productivity) to recommend and implement data-driven HR initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
    • Champion employee engagement efforts through recognition programs, surveys, and continuous feedback mechanisms, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
    • Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Operations, and Training teams to support employee onboarding, compliance training, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
    • A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented HR initiatives.
    • A strong understanding of employment law, labor relations, and manufacturing workforce dynamics, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
