The Universal Caregiver is a pivotal member of our Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities.This role involves more direct interaction with residents than any other position.
- Universal Caregivers are responsible for consistently providing detailed information about resident status, needs, and issues to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- They must be vigilant in observing changes in residents' health, attitudes, and needs, and effectively communicate these observations.
