    Description

    The manager shall oversee team recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.

    Obtains appropriate documentation from technical staff as well as participate in Primary Sourcing to ensure team are in compliance with State, National Accrediting Agencies, as well as compliance with all of Cooper's policies and corporate compliance requirements to include Annual Safety Training, PPD, Fit Testing and safety across the continuum.

    Participate in interdepartmental meetings and committees to drive collaboration, address challenges, and improve overall patient and staff experiences.
    Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and regulatory compliance.

    The manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations across all areas of oversite.

    Bachelors required
    Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
