- Makes relevant products/solutions easily available for regional sales staff and support the sales teams on customer visits
- Supports Regional Sales Operations Manager and Regional Service Director to ensure both proactive and reactive sales and service support
- Monitors market situation for products to capitalise on commercial opportunities
- Conducts project reviews, assisting payback and ROI analysis
- Creates business cases for new product developments, including filling out POR
- Undertakes pricing and positioning, and competitor analysis
- Leads product feedback from customers to innovation, building the bridge from regional intelligence to central innovation expertise
- Travel frequently within the region, and internationally as and when required.
