- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering design or related field
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other site design software
- Knowledge of site analysis, grading and drainage design, and utility infrastructure
- Ability to understand and produce construction documents and reports
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Engineer in Training licensure is a plus

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cartersville, GA for a Civil Site Designer at Bailey Civil Group. The Civil Site Designer will collaborate with the Engineering team to design and develop site plans, erosion control plans, and grading plans for civil engineering projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other software tools. Additionally, the Civil Site Designer will perform site inspections, produce construction documents, and communicate with clients and contractors.
