We are seeking a friendly and reliable Apartment Concierge to join our team at our facility located in Detroit, MI, As an Apartment Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests, as well as assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the building.

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Retrieve residents vehicles from Parking
• Coordinate package deliveries and mail distribution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
• Monitor building security and report any suspicious activity
• Assist with scheduling maintenance and repairs
• Provide information about local amenities and attractions

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of the Detroit area is a plus

Salary info:
