Staff Tax Accountant

Our client, one of the largest financial service firms in the state of Tennessee, is looking to add a Staff Tax Accountant to their team. They are looking for someone with a great attitude and work ethic to add to their friendly team environment.

Profile and Aspects of the Staff Tax Accountant Position:

• CPA preferred
• Progressive tax experience is preferred
• 1-3 years experience with tax services
• Prepare federal and state tax returns for partnerships, C Corporations, trusts, estates and individuals as the Staff Tax Accountant
• Research tax issues and come up with conclusions with technical support
• Prepare financial statements to summarize and forecast the financial status of the company
• Ensure compliance with and prepare reports according to applicable government regulations
• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
