    As a Principal Consultant on our Web & Mobile team, you will provide subject matter expertise around web and mobile development solutioning and act as a lead project architect and direct report manager to a team of full stack developers.


    What you will do:
    Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate, identify, and develop custom software solutions
    Establish relationships with sales staff and client design makers
    Estimate and perform high-level planning of software development efforts
    Assist Product Owners and Stakeholders in the generation of backlog
    Provide technical leadership to software development projects
    Provide oversight to lead training efforts for development team
    Establish and provide governance over best practices and standards

    Required qualifications:
    4-year degree (or work experience equivalent)
    10+ years of agile based custom software development experience
    3+ years of architecting software solutions
    3+ years managing a development team
    Ability to create and deliver presentations to mixed technical and non-technical audiences
    3+ years of DevOps practices and procedures
    Strong written and oral communication skills
    Quick and eager learner
    Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple assignments
    Ability to introduce new concepts to clients and teams
