Introduction:
A Non-Profit organization based in NYC is seeking a full-time Director of Security Operations. They have 2 openings - one in Queens, NY, and one in Brooklyn, NY.

Fully on site Schedule: Monday-FridayHours: 9AM-5PM or 8AM-4PM Setting: Shelter/Supportive HousingResponsibilities: The Director of Security Operations will be responsible for: Understand all aspects of contract requirements and communicate this understanding to staff.

Communicate with peers in other CAMBA shelters and external agencies on issues related to client progress and best practices. Work with staff to set realistic weekly and monthly performance targets in accordance with contract requirements. Observe direct reporting staff engaging with clients and/or supervisory staff.


Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Security Operations and/or building safetyBA/BS degree preferred, not requiredF80 certification is required OR to be obtained within 90 days of employment

Desired Skills:
CPR/BLS certification preferred
