- Monitor and test compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and bank requirements
- Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of customer complaints, including handling escalated customer complaints
- Oversee vendor management, including initial due diligence review and monitoring vendor performance to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Handle issues management, including identifying and resolving compliance issues in a timely manner
- Implement and maintain change control procedures to ensure that all changes are compliant with all relevant regulations
- Work closely with internal partners in an advisory role to ensure compliance with all regulations and laws
- Serve as the primary point of contact with our bank partners, ensuring that all compliance regulations are met and all questions are answered in a timely manner
