The facility is a 346-bed non-profit hospital that provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services.

Opportunity

We are seeking a locum psychiatrist specializing in behavioral medicine to cover as soon as credentialed.
Available dates include:

April 11th
April 14th-18th
May-July (upcoming)

The practice setting is an inpatient adult psychiatric facility.
Average number of patients per day: 8 weekdays and 16-20 on weekends.
Total number of beds: 54.
The group consists of three psychiatrists.
As a locum tenens physician, you will not be supervising other healthcare providers.
The documentation system is EPIC.
Referral/transfer protocols are managed through the Conduit Access Center located in Ohio.
The facility has implemented various safety and security measures, including locked facilities, CPI-trained staff, campus police rounding, and the ability to call a code.
Required treatment disorders include anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders.
Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, pharmacotherapy, and restraint application is necessary.
Patient demographics consist of adults aged 18 and above.
