- Mobile Crisis Assessment Responding Rates:
- $300 per completed telehealth assessment
- $400 per completed face to face assessment
- Possess a master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
- Currently possess a Minnesota State Licensure with focus in clinical practice from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT)
- Licensure currently has eligibility or is eligible to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities.
- Possess a master's degree or higher in psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy AND Currently possess or pursuing a Minnesota State Licensure from The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (e.g. LP, LICSW, LMFT) with focus in clinical practice.
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.
- Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth

Position Summary
This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.

In-home/hybrid Anoka County
Schedule
On-call four 12-hour shifts monthly
