    Senior IT Project Manager (Adobe AEM Experience)

    Location: Troy, MI 48084

    Contract Type: 12 months+

    Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with expertise in Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) to join our team. This position arises due to the need to backfill an existing Project Manager currently managing CRM projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience, with a strong background in managing CRM-CXM (Customer Relationship Management - Customer Experience Management) or digital sales/marketing/service initiatives. Experience with Adobe AEM CMS is essential, and knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred. This position requires discretion as it is confidential.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage IT projects, particularly focusing on CRM-CXM or digital sales/marketing/service initiatives.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

    Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Ensure projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget constraints while meeting quality standards.

    Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including the VP of IT.

    Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

    Utilize Adobe AEM CMS to develop and maintain content management systems.

    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management.

    PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant project management certifications preferred.

    Proven experience managing CRM-CXM or digital sales/marketing/service initiatives.

    Expertise in Adobe AEM CMS is required.

    Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

    Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
