Position Summary:
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for orienting guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge, locker room, and other guest areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. They also ensure the cleanliness and functioning of the locker rooms within the Spa.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area.
  Gather, wash, dry, and fold linens as needed
  Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and locker room amenities
  Empty and remove trash as needed
  Keep equipment, closets and dispensaries clean and organized
  Provide exceptional service to all clients at all times through customer-centric behavior
  Spot clean locker rooms, including shower, sink, and lavatory areas frequently throughout each day in compliance with OSHA standards and club protocols
  Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and then escort guests to their lockers.
  Provide orientation tours, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests' questions.
  Stock locker room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets.
  Ensures adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
  Address locks left on or items left in lockers outside of locker policy to ensure proper locker availability.

Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience
Hospitality experience in hotel is a plus
Excellent interpersonal relationship with positive attitude and ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Physically capable of achieving cleaning tasks that may involve crouching, scrubbing, bending, climbing step stools, lifting and carrying trash etc.
Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.

World Spa Lounge offerings represent the same regions as the Spa: Eastern European, Mediterranean, Asian and American. World Spa Lounge feels casual and unpretentious still offering the highest quality of food & beverages and friendly, attentive service.

World Spa Club is a VIP area for our Members, who have a dedicated Lounge, with it's own Bar and Restaurant, outdoor terrace that can be enjoyed by the Members during their Spa visit or on its own. Members of the Club order from the Ren restaurant and receive impeccable service and special attention.

In addition to the three dining venues, World Spa features 2 exclusive Private Rooms that have their own Russian banya for groups of 25 and 15 guests.
