    • Ability to clean patient rooms, public spaces and the collection of trash and biohazardous material.
    • Familiar with using vacuum, wide vacuum, mop, wringer, burnisher, ladder, extractor.
    • Ability to assist family members and patients of all ages.
    • Ability to identify and or perform light maintenance requests
    • Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients and coworkers.
    • Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
    • Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values.
    • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, as well as, exhibits a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
    • May work in any location on client premises.
    • Responsibilities may differ among locations, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
    Qualifications:
    • High School Equivalent / GED
    • 5 plus years of cleaning experience required.
    • Completion of designed Tri-C courses.
    • Experience in hospital setting preferred
    • . Exposure/experience with floor work.
    • Cleaning and major surface maintenance experience in hospital setting preferred but not required.
    • Strong customer service skills required.
