    Job Description

    This position is responsible for driving brand awareness and sales in a specified region and/or at specific retail partner locations. The Territory Manager will build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, lead educational and inspirational meetings and presentations, and act as a brand champion at our partner's brick and mortar locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and network with key stakeholders at all levels within designated territories
    • Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
    • Conduct high-level marketing & sales presentations and/or seminars for various audiences
    • Act as a liaison between retail partners and BEDGEAR in new business opportunities and proposals
    • Develop and increase sales revenue to achieve assigned targets
    • Check on competitive activity and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities
    • Participate as brand champion at company tradeshows and/or marketing events
    • Maintain call reports and provide performance feedback from stores
    • Provide visual merchandising compliance reports for store visits, events, etc.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • HS Diploma or GED
    • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
    • Dependable personal vehicle with credible insurance coverage and valid driver's license
    • Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Valid passport required for travel
    • Ability and willingness to work weekends and major retail holidays
    • ~2+ years marketing and/or sales experience (or combination of the two) with notable sales accomplishments
    • ~ Home furnishings/retail mattress experience is highly preferred
    • ~ Experience working remotely/autonomously at times
