    Nurse Practitioner | Urgent Care

    About the Position

    LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Urgent Care NP in Montana

    We are seeking a dedicated Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in Montana, starting Mar 23, 2026. In this role, you will work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, providing comprehensive urgent care services. Key duties include preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, reproductive health services, mental health and substance use treatment, and in-office procedures, primarily focusing on walk-in and urgent care visits.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide comprehensive urgent care services to beneficiaries on an outpatient basis
    • Manage preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, reproductive health services, mental health, and substance use treatment
    • Perform in-office procedures
    • Focus on walk-in and urgent care visits, including acute illnesses, minor injuries, and episodic care
    • Deliver limited preventive services
    • Utilize clinical experience in mental health, chronic pain, and chronic disease management

    Additional Information

    • Board certification in Family Medicine or Urgent Care required
    • EMR: RPMS
    • Due to cultural considerations within the community served, there is a strong preference for male candidates to help ensure culturally appropriate access to care
