Description

The Sales Support Manager?s role is to support the sales team with lead assignment, proposal and client agreement preparation in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity, which includes assisting in all sales and administrative activities essential for the growth of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage sales support cycle and team while supporting growing sales team
Approve all proposals using CRM smart quoting tool and Excel-based IRR calculator
Approve all agreements for accuracy, including preparation of addenda and DocuSign administration
Responsible for relationships with 3rd party financing companies
Management of insurance, licensing and preferred vendor requirements
Prepare RFPs as needed for more in-depth proposals
Prepare required client notices
Support sales reps with customer meetings (preparation and/or attendance may be required)
Communicate with potential clients on behalf of the sales team
Guide sales people in entering accurate forecasts in our CRM tool
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed for management team
Assist in preparation and revision of training materials for Sales & Sales Support teams
Collaborate with other teams on new sales and company-wide projects
Help ensure proper record keeping in CRM tool, maintaining accurate data for sales team
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
