    Open Door Personnel is seeking a local contract nurse RN Rehabilitation for a local contract nursing job in Charlottesville, Virginia.

    Job Description & Requirements

      Supervisor experience required
      Background Check and 10 Panel drug screen
      MMR, Hep B, Flu, Covid Vaccine, Statement of Good Health, 2 Step TB or Quantiferon

    Staff oversight for accountability (answering call lights) Service Recovery for any patient/family concerns Chart audits for documentation completion on admissions, discharges, interdisciplinary plans of care with appropriate follow up
