    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a talented Project and Escalation Engineer I to join our dynamic team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing technical projects, providing technical support to customers, and handling escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.

    This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within the specified timeline and budget.
    • Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our products and services.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, working closely with internal teams and customers to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer requirements, provide feedback on product improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and best practices to support internal teams and customers.
    • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our products and services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in project management, technical support, or a similar role.
    • Strong technical background in networking, systems administration, or software development.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to devise innovative solutions.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
    • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
