    JOB TITLE Project Manager with Waterfall and Agile experience Information Security

    JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW The Project Manager with Agile provides effective leadership, coordination and organization for 1-4 Information Security projects, simultaneously.

    They will initiate projects, create project plans, assign resources, track progress, review financials, coordinate application delivery, follow up and hold the team accountable to their deliverables.

    This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, commitment to exceptional results, a strong desire for continuous improvement and the ability to build a collaborative culture within our team.

    They should be extremely experienced with the solution development life cycle, and Agile methods as they WILL need to operate in a bi-modal manner (Waterfall and Agile).

    Candidates should have either a PMP and/or recognizable scrum master certification (CSM, SAFe).

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    Develops, refines, validates and manages project plans and sprints to ensure on time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise.

    This includes management of hours and dollars Provides overall financial project view to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good group presentation skills

    Ability to simultaneously facilitate meetings, take notes and provide minutes afterwards

    Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Frequently interacts and follows up with IT personnel, business personnel, vendors, consultants and other contractors at various levels, including executives Provides timely and concise communications to business and technical leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery Builds consensus among multiple leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution Responsible for directing and coaching for Agile processes and ceremonies (sprints, standups, PIs, Retrospectives)

    Responsible for utilizing project management methods as well as the coordination of internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects Identifies and manages project risks and proactively manages issues


    MUST HAVES

    5+ years of Information Technology (IT) experience as Project Manager or Scrum Master with at least some Project Management experience on waterfall projects

    Experience with software package implementation / roll-out

    Experience using Jira in a project (typically in a Kanban or scrum environment)

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams) Experience with Microsoft Project Strong experience with excel functions and charts (pivots, counts, lookups, formatting)

    Experience with financials:
    tracking $ actual and ETCs against project baseline

    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

    Candidates resume must have some examples of not only what role they played, but project purpose (e.g. managed Application Development for a customer billing system)

    Excellent organizational skills

    Excellent leadership skills Must be willing to travel infrequently (once or twice a year for site meetings)

    Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good mathematical skills


    PREFERRED Experience running Scrum and Kanban with Jira (coordinating Sprints, KanBan board, loading backlog, dashboards, reporting)

    Project Management experience in the field of Information Security. Applicable areas may include Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory (AD), Data Loss and Prevention (DLP), Compliance, Cloud Security and CyberSecurity Experience with infrastructure, networking, desktop and servers, and data center projects

    Experience with the CA PPM Clarity application for project management

    Experience with ServiceNow

    Experience with Confluence

    Experience with Microsoft teams for project document management

    Experience with Agile approaches such as User Centered Design, Lean Six Sigma, DevOpsite, Outlook
