About the RoleWe're seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our Atlanta office running efficiently.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the Office Manager to support day-to-day operations, streamline administrative processes, and contribute to a positive, professional office environment.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and working in a collaborative, purpose‑driven setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & Administration
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning office environment
Manage mail, packages, and document distribution
Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Prepare, update, and organize administrative files, logs, and records
Executive & Team Support
Support the Office Manager and leadership team with daily administrative tasks
Assist with internal meeting scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics
Help coordinate company meetings, trainings, and events
Financial & Operational Support
Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic financial tasks
Support procurement activities, including vendor communication and quote collection
Provide administrative support for various project-related tasks
Culture & Employee Engagement
Assist with internal communication and employee appreciation initiatives
Help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office culture
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Teams/SharePoint a plus
Professional, resourceful, and enthusiastic about supporting a growing team
Work Schedule
On-site: Monday–Thursday
Work From Home:
Fridays
