    A $2500 sign-on bonus is available

We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate behavioral health professional to join the team.

    As a member of the RFK Community Alliance Clinician team, you will
    • Provide school-based counseling as outlined in student IEP.
    • Participate in developing and monitoring school counseling goals and objectives.
    • Gather data for clinical psychosocial reports.
    • Engage regularly with families and provide family consultation.
    • Cultivate strong relationships and maintain collaboration with internal and external team members.
    • Assist with crisis intervention.


    Who You Are

    You are creative, and energetic and want to make a difference. Do you have your master's degree in Social Work? You are looking to use your experience and skills in a collaborative group setting. Specific qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, School Counseling or related field, licensing preferred


    Shift

    Full-Time: 40 hours/week, 8:00am - 4:00pm

    Pay Range: $62,000 - $72,000 per year
