    You're a senior product leader who understands that retail banking doesn't stop at an app and this is your opportunity to define how branches operate for the future.

    This role is for someone who has spent time close to branches, cash operations, in-person customer journeys, and the real operational complexity of retail banking. If your background is purely digital, this won't be the right fit. If, however, you've led products that support how banks actually operate day-to-day, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership at scale.

    You'll step into a senior, highly visible Product Director role, owning a meaningful portfolio that supports physical financial services environments. The client is investing heavily in this space and is building product leadership where it currently does not exist giving you genuine influence.

    What you'll be doing

    • Acting as a credible product voice in front of senior stakeholders who understand retail banking deeply.
    • Measuring product performance and continuously improving based on adoption, outcomes, and feedback.

    What you'll bring

    • Hands‑on exposure to retail banking operations, particularly in physical or branch‑based contexts.
    • Product experience in B2B environments.
    • Experience working with or for financial institutions beyond purely digital channels.
    • A track record of delivery, not just strategy decks.

    This role will suit someone who wants to apply their retail banking knowledge in a product‑led environment, without needing to be the loudest voice in the room to make an impact.
