Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

Position Summary: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Bancroft, you will provide nursing care under the clinical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to individuals receiving services from the organization.

Responsibilities:

Review and transcribe physician orders accurately into medical records.
Conduct health screenings and assessments to determine baseline health status.
Perform on-site visits to ensure quality care and address any concerns promptly.
Administer first aid and emergency medical treatment as needed.
Monitor and document medical charts ensuring adherence to physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and monitor outcomes.
Maintain clinical records and inventory of medications.
Contribute to the safety and cleanliness of medical facilities.
Regularly communicate with Nurse Managers and case management staff.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited Nursing program with a current and valid N.J. license required. Prior experience in nursing with developmentally disabled or traumatically brain injured individuals preferred.
