    Will train on S1 (M-F; 8am -5pm) and then transition to home shift.

    Description:
    Support large volume of TEM metrology data generation.
    Data quality control and screening errors
    Statistical analysis and report generation


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BS/MS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. "BS IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS"

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Handson experience on SEM/TEM. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device and manufacturing process. 46yrs of experience
