    Description
    Salary Range:
    $70,000 - $84,000k per year based on experience


    Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate team activities and operations
    • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment
    • Provide guidance and enforce company policies
    • Promote safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity
    • Assist in recruitment, payroll, and other administrative tasks
    • Monitor staffing, overtime, and performance metrics
    • Facilitate team-building and mentorship activities
    Basic Qualifications:
    • Must be a local resident
    • Valid In-State Driver's License
    • Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
    • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
    • Authorization to work in the United States
    • Completion of required training for airport security
    Experience: Four or more years of relevant experience. Must work well in a team-oriented setting.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Strong work ethic
    • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
    Preferred Qualifications:

    Education: High School diploma or GED
    Experience: Six or more years of relevant experience, including supervisory roles
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Effective verbal and radio communication skills
    • Strong leadership capabilities
    • Conflict resolution and creative problem-solving skills
    Working Conditions:
    • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
    • Outdoor work exposure to various weather conditions
    • Physical requirements include lifting heavy items, walking, climbing, and working in confined spaces
