- Teach Collaborative Leadership online
- Host synchronous online sessions with the class 6-8 times per semester
- Engage with students in Canvas regularly and provide high quality feedback
- Articulate and effectively develop the university's Reformational perspective and mission within the context of teaching
- Participate as an adjunct team member in department and university administrative tasks
- An earned doctoral degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field is required. A commitment to excellence in college-level teaching is required.
- Acknowledge Christ's lordship over all of life and express an active Christian commitment, which shall include identification with a local organized church that holds to beliefs that are consistent with the mission of the university.
- Oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities that enable effective collaboration with students, faculty and staff, community members, and other professionals.

Dordt University is currently seeking an education adjunct faculty member to teach Collaborative Leadership online. This adjunct faculty member will serve as a member of the Education department to teach online.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: The university seeks candidates with an earned doctoral degree in education or a related field. Experience in online teaching is preferred, and/or work experience or research that focuses on leading, teaching, and learning in the field of education. A commitment to excellence in graduate-level teaching, including curriculum design, and ongoing student learning assessment is required.
