    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 18 years old.
    • Saturday availability with occasional Sunday makeup sessions.
    • Effective communication with the team and parents.
    • Passion for teaching soccer and working with young children.
    • Access to reliable transportation and a mobile phone for communication.

    HOURS

    Flexible hours per week with Saturday availability required. Some administrative tasks like evaluations and communication may take 2-5 hours monthly.

    SALARY

    Starting at $18/hour for coaches with additional pay for off-field tasks.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Physical capabilities include running, squatting, kneeling, and moving during coaching sessions.
    • Ability to rise from a seated position independently.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 3-month commitment.
    • Experience in coaching, playing, or teaching soccer preferred.

    NOTES

    If your child joins, ensure another adult is present to assist when needed.
