    Position Summary
    Corporate FP&A are responsible for managing the NCR Finance's organizations tools, processes, metrics, and cadence.

    The organization is uniquely positioned within NCR Finance to work across all of NCR's businesses, the centralized vantage point gives a great foundation on understanding how NCR operates as a company and is tasked with not only ensuring that the business planning functions are organized and enabled to deliver, but also with root-causing, tracking, and proactively identifying key drivers of success across the company's financial results.

    The Finance Director will oversee all FP&A operations across NCR Atleos.

    This will include all cadence processes, and tools that support our financial reporting, planning and analysis across all Finance teams in the company.

    The CFP&A Operations Director is a collaborative role that will work cross-functionally with Finance, Business and Technology to deliver high quality, business aligned, processes that support our financial goals.

    In addition to owning the financial cadence and tight interlock with multiple functions, it's also expected that the Finance Director will drive projects in or adjacent to the Finance function which simplify, automate and standardize our processes.

    Demonstrating thought leadership, gaining executive and broad organizational buy-in, and most importantly driving outcomes will be the main success criteria in this space.

    The successful applicant will manage a team based in multiple core locations around the world, so a proven ability to develop talent, a history of exceptional communication and training, and a highly-detailed mindset is key for this role.

    This role will also be responsible for NCR Atleos' Finance Internship and Rotation programs.
    Key Areas of


    Responsibility:
    Own projects and cadence on behalf of Corporate FP&A; everything from forecast and planning cycles, through slides for NCR Atleos Board of Directors, to new technology assessment and implementation

    Guide entire Finance community on the following topics: understanding NCR's Charts of Accounts, querying NCR data systems, and best practices for analyzing NCR financial data

    Enable 200+ Finance team members and NCR Atleos' Finance leadership team to make informed financial decisions by ensuring all applications and processes are running smoothly and completely and that all Finance data is accurate

    Partner cross-functionally to recommend, define and implement new KPI's to help NCR Atleos communicate the story to our investors, or to drive better internal prediction

    Oversee DRM, Essbase, and Anaplan applications from the business side; plan and execute, with IT partners, cyclic forecast and budget requirements, access & security, and future functionality

    Partner with the financial planning community to update/change the various hierarchical structures within DRM to align to current needs of the business and management reporting

    Provide functional user support and assist in training users in new tools or process changes by producing training materials, co-leading UAT testing with IT partners, and hosting office hours for Finance users

    Own Foreign Exchange impact calculations and analysis, present results to FP&A, Treasury, and External Reporting

    Ensure coordination across planning teams on forecast, plan, actuals, QBR & other cadences

    Assist in

    coordinating/delivering

    on FP&A-led items for month end, forecast cycles, Board of Directors content, and the Operational Execution cadence with leadership team

    Review and delegate data integrity questions posed by FP&A teams, Finance VPs, etc., particularly those which require in-depth analysis and quick turn-around times

    As they arise, problem solve larger data quality or structure issues hand-in-hand with IT and propose, then action fixes

    Provide ad hoc analysis on financial data for the Corporate VP of Finance on several occasions


    Basic Qualifications :
    Experienced Finance leader with 10+ years of proven record of leading teams, managing Finance processes and tools, and demonstrated skill in prioritizing and delegating multiple, high-priority deliverables with overlapping deadlines

    Proven ability to manage interrelated deliverables across multiple streams with broader organizational goals and understand both the short-term and long-term implications of their decisions

    Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally, to manage UAT and other technology and process rollouts across multiple teams

    Problem solver that drives outcomes, process improvement and organizational change. Covering all aspects of ideation through execution.

    Highly proficient in multiple applications; Oracle ERP, Essbase, Anaplan, etc

    Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Capable of communicating effectively and in a timely manner with stakeholders and leadership team. Capable of working outside the direct org chart and driving alignment

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, MIS, Computer Science or related degree


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Masters in a related discipline, or relevant professional qualification

    Previous experience with industry standards for data management and work with large data sets
