- Multispecialty employed medical group
- Average of 16 patients seen per shift
- Hybrid block scheduling, 16 shifts per month

- Open ICU in partnership with two Intensivists to ensure strong co-management model. Routine ventilator management, frequent central line placement and available for emergent intubations
- Wide variety of Specialists available locally and regionally
- Shared Governance Model
- System-wide transition to one IT platform/Cerner
- Local and regional presence throughout the Four Corners (New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Arizona
- Competitive base salary based on MGMA data and experience - $280,000
- Productivity bonus incentive with no cap
