    Position Type:
    Full-Time, Night Shift (Some weekends required)

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Route Supervisor to oversee our daily and nightly service delivery, ensuring that all operations are executed safely, on time, and cost-effectively.

    Supervise drivers, ensuring that all daily operations run smoothly. This includes greeting drivers, overseeing pre and post-trip inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

    The Route Supervisor will enforce company policies and ensure that all team members understand and adhere to safety guidelines.

    Conduct route observations, identify training needs, and engage in performance evaluations. Respond promptly to dispatch calls, manage customer issues, and ensure that all service requirements are communicated clearly to drivers.

    High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in transportation management, logistics, or related fields.

    Previous supervisory or management experience.
    Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license, or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire.
    Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and be available to address operational issues by phone at all times.

    This role requires physical work, including driving and working outside for most of the workday. The Route Supervisor may be exposed to various environmental conditions and occupational risks.
