    The Implementation team members are collaborative, the team celebrates and works through challenges together.

    Team members partner heavily with the Data Services & Customer Success teams, to configure customers' workflow into our platform and ultimately drive Active Risk Management.

    You'll bring your Project Management skills and SaaS experience to bring solutions to the customers.

    Portfolio Manager is a senior-level position that requires The Portfolio Manager's primary focus is to make the best possible use of the Implementation Management resources to deliver the maximum value and benefits from projects and programs within the strategic portfolio.

    The position includes ownership for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating project and program resources engaged with all initiatives within Aclaimant's project portfolio.

    The position is also responsible for senior executive engagement and reporting on the state and performance of in-progress Implementations and initiatives within the Aclaimant internal project portfolio.

    This role assumes the overarching responsibility for supporting, overseeing, managing and leveraging the entire life cycle of client implementations, investments and initiatives to optimally achieve Aclaimant goals and objectives.

    You will be responsible for managing direct reports-Implementation Managers.

    You will oversee all new/existing client implementation projects and internal projects, ensuring efficient and successful execution of Aclaimant risk management software solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage a team of Implementation Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project implementations.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and manage the implementation of risk management software for new clients.
    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client needs and internal objectives.
    Coordinate internal projects related to the enhancement and optimization of Aclaimant's risk management software products.

    Drive the development and implementation of best practices for project management and client implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Monitor implementation projects progress, budgets, forecasting etc.

    Requirements:


    Proven experience in project and portfolio management within the software or technology industry, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and the Insurance Industry.

    Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
    Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) would be an advantage.
