About the Job
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our Community-Based Crisis Services Program.In this leadership role, you will guide clinical practice, supervise nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises.
- Provide clinical oversight guidance and mentorship to nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure efficient daily operations of crisis services including intake assessment care planning stabilization discharge processes.
