    About the Role

    • Operate Complex Manufacturing Machinery: You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various fabricating machines, including shears, brakes, rollers, saws, seam welders, plasma cutters, and punch presses.
    • Quality Assurance: Verify conformance of work pieces to specifications using tools such as squares, rulers, and measuring tapes.
    • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure your workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
    • Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, share knowledge, and achieve production goals.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 5 Years of Experience: Preferably in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
    • Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to read engineering documentation, operate various hand tools, and lift up to 25lbs.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
