Restaurant Manager Position at Dunkin'
Florence, Kentucky

A Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in providing effective leadership to the team to ensure outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and driving top line sales of a single restaurant.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Able to perform all tasks of restaurant team members
Lead team meetings and provide training
Ensure execution of Brand standards, recipes, and systems
Foster a guest-centric culture in the restaurant
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvement plans
Communicate restaurant priorities and goals to the team
Manage new product launches
Uphold a safe and healthy environment
Cost control to boost profitability
Conduct inventories and manage labor schedules
Ensure compliance with cash management policies
Engage with Dunkin Brands Field Operations team

In terms of management responsibilities, the role includes recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members, evaluating their performance, and coaching them to enhance sales and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills
Proficiency in English
Basic math and financial management knowledge
Prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality
Preferably a College Degree
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt to change
Excellent training and motivational abilities
