    Responsibilities:

    • Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
    • Manage the waitlist and reservations, ensuring an efficient and smooth seating process
    • Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays or changes in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and surrounding areas
    • Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries as needed
    • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a similar role is preferred
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
    • Professional and friendly demeanor
    • Basic computer and phone skills
    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
