Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.

ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases in and around the Orlando, FL areaDrafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of lawGuide plaintiff clients through the case processInteraction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavitsAttendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesQualificationsLaw degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the Florida Bar AssociationMinimum 4+ years of personal injury premises liability experienceAbility to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation casesExcellent client service and communication skillsSelf-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skills#LI-MS2#J-18808-Ljbffr
