Responsibilities
- Willingness to thrive in a fast paced industry
- Consult with buyers and sellers to convert listing and sale opportunities that are given
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities with the CRM software provided
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities per team standards to ensure success
Qualifications
Looking for an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit as well as a candidate who enjoys building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
Other qualifications that will be looked at are as follows:
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional (or actively working to obtain license)
- 6 + months of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
