Job summary
Leads and coordinates Crisis Intervention and follow-up services to Chautauqua County Residents experiencing mental health crisis from 4 pm – 8 am on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
+Responsibilities
- Coordinate and provide crisis intervention services in the community for children and adults including intake, outreach visits, assessment, referral, follow-up, telephone lethality monitoring.
- Facilitate stabilization of acute mental health crisis utilizing the least intrusive and restrictive alternative available to maintain safety.
