    Overview


    Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $ $26 / hour.

    Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

    Shift differentials are additional pay for evening/overnight shifts worked.


    We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents' physical and emotional well-being for our assisted living in Edina, MN.

    NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. This part-time patient support position includes;


    • 48 hours per two weeks
    • Evening shifts
    • 2pm-10pm, 7.5 hour shift with 30 minute lunch break
    • Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday rotation

    Responsibilities/Job Description


    • Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
    • Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
    • May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
    • Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
    • Assists with onboarding of new staff.
    Qualifications

    Required Skills:
    Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
    Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
    CNA certificated if under 18.

    Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
    High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course.
