    Job Summary:    We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations within our construction company. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
    • Proven work experience as an Accounting Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Strong knowledge of NetSuite
      Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the financial operations of the construction company.
    • Manage and supervise accounting staff.
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory standards.
    • Coordinate and lead audits.
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
    • Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
