    Description


    HTS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Restorative Aide position at a senior living campus in Huntington, Indiana.


    • This is a FULL-TIME position at hours per week.
    • Consistent weekly schedule of 5 days per week.
    • Schedule requires working alternate Saturdays, with a day off during the week.


    Working under the direction of the Therapy Department Rehab Manager, the Restorative Aide will assist patients with exercises that focus on improving and preserving mobility and function, promoting safety and increasing the patients' independence.


    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Assist patients with transfers, walking, strength training and range of motion exercises.
    • Monitor and document changes in the patient's conditions.

    Requirements

    Must have an active Indiana CNA certification.

    Must have an active CPR certification.
