    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team to drive revenue growth.


    The AE will be responsible for working with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to prospect and identify potential customers, leading discovery with prospects to determine value, leading product demonstrations, building and nurturing prospect relationships, progressing deals within the sales pipeline, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.

    This position will work remotely OR out of FAIRWAYiQ's office in Dedham, Massachusetts.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate on Prospecting :
    Work with marketing and SDRs to prospect and identify potential customers through various channels.

    Lead Discovery :
    Lead the discovery process with prospects to determine value and fit and customize a solution.

    Customize Solutions:
    Develop and communicate a program that delivers on the value identified in the discovery process.

    Lead Product Demonstrations:


    Customize short product demonstrations, to a variety of stakeholders, that educate prospects on the value proposition and alignment with the prospect's goals and objectives.

    Build & Nurture Prospect Relationships : Work with a defined list of prospects to build relationships, nurture those relationships, and remain a trusted resource to position the company at the point of purchase.


    Pipeline Management :
    Lead and initiate activities that push sales opportunities through the company's sales pipeline.

    Negotiation and Close:
    Lead the company's negotiations of price, contract, financing and other deal points ultimately resulting in a closed deal.

    Collaboration :

    Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, share insights, and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
    Continuous learner with a desire to dig deep into new topics, technology, and sales techniques. Voracious reader and consumer of content.
    Motivated by high growth opportunities and revenue goals.
    Proven track record in sales, business development and as an experienced account executive.
    Creative prospecting skills with the ability to "growth hack" to success.
    Natural networker, who thrives on developing and expanding a network that fits an ideal customer profile (ICP).
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects without dominating the conversation.
    Quiet confidence.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets.
    Team oriented while enjoying light hearted competition.
    Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot), sales enablement (e.g. Outplay, Salesloft) and proficiency in Google Suite of Tools.
    Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changes and challenges.
    Keen interest in and understanding of technology and how it is used to solve business problems.
    Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for understanding complex customer challenges and crafting tailored solutions.
    Previous experience in the golf industry at a technology provider is a major plus.
    A genuine passion for golf and a desire to learn the details of golf course operations.

    OTE = $140,000-$180,000 plus - no cap on earnings.
