- Has the ability to direct the crew during high and slow times of the day.
- Can maintain steady confidence during high stress situations.
- Two years of industry experience is necessary. All required certifications will be supplied by the company.
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous food service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
