Description
Job DescriptionThe Irrigation Service Technician is a hands-on position repairing irrigation for commercial and residential landscape customers using the latest technology for Irrigation Systems.
Responsibilities Included but not limited to the following:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems to perform properly.
Irrigation system installation as needed.
Load and unload heavy equipment and tools as needed.
Schedule and monitor daily workloads.
Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day.
Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings.
Submit daily Boss Mobile timesheets and record materials used for billing.
Administrative paperworkTruck and trailer standardization and cleanliness, maintain inventory for irrigation vehicles.
Safe driving of company owned vehicles and transporting crew members.
Use of technology for communicationCommunicate daily with Production Manager on progress and planning.
Daily start up and shut down procedures.
Hours Management and job quality.
Maintain on-site relations and communications with clients, contractors and/or subcontractors and internal customers.
Diagnose & repair controllers.
Safe operation and maintenance of the following equipment:
Construction Equipment including trenchers, tamps, excavator, skid loader, mini track loaders, boring equipment.
Electrical diagnostic equipment including locators, multi meter, and wire tracers.
Pressure washer.
Hand tools such as shovels, picks, rakes, and pipe cutting tools (saws and pipe cutters) Pay/Benefits Package$16 - $20 hourly payCompany Subsidized NC BCBS Health Insurance w/ Vision/Dental Option40 hours (PTO) Paid Time Off annually.
