    Opportunity Awaits*Your Main Focus Will Be:

    To handle all aspects of customer service involving delivery and sales, while working in a team environment. Those who are motivated can grow into an inside or outside sales roles. Provide superior service to ensure a positive customer experience. Answer incoming inquiries about our products and services via the phone, email, or web. Perform support duties, process credit authorizations, and refusal requests to drivers. Troubleshooting delivery and sales issues. Support New York City, Long Island and /or Hudson Valley facilities. Work within a team environment to ensure that timely deliveries are made and all forms of communication are clear between company and customer. Knowledge of the SLA laws when issuing credit authorizations to drivers.

    Position Requirements:


    Minimum High School Degree, Bachelors Degree preferred Bi Lingual a plus. Excellent organizational / time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience working on a CRM or route accounting system. Ability to work in a team based environment with a positive attitude and integrity Must be able to remain in a stationary (sit) position 50% percent of the time Must be able to communicate with customers and other employees Flexible schedule including nights, Saturdays and holidays.U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information (Completion is voluntary)
