    Position Overview:

    As the SLED Tech Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the State, Local, and Education sectors.

    Your expertise will be pivotal in establishing Juniper Networks as the go-to partner for SLED organizations seeking cutting-edge networking solutions.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the specific needs and regulations of the SLED sector.
    Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product roadmaps and industry requirements.
    Develop compelling marketing content that resonates with the SLED audience.
    Craft and communicate a compelling brand narrative that resonates with SLED stakeholders.
    Drive the development of impactful marketing collateral, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all SLED channels.

    Work with the campaign teams to develop and implement creative and data-driven persona-based marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and generate leads within the SLED sector.

    In collaboration with our Field Marketing teams plan and execute engaging events, webinars, and partnerships within the SLED sector to showcase our networking solutions.

    Enable and support SLED sales teams to create preference for Juniper Networks in the SLED sector

    Stay abreast of trends and regulatory developments within the State, Local, and Education sectors to identify opportunities for innovation and market leadership.

    Support Juniper's presence at industry conferences, trade shows, and government forums to expand our footprint in the SLED market.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

    Proven experience in marketing with at least 5+ years of experience within the networking industry, with a focus on the State, Local, and Education sectors.

    In-depth understanding of the SLED regulatory landscape, procurement processes, and technology adoption trends.
    Strategic mindset with a track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate complex public sector environments.


    Minimum Salary:
    $125,400.00


    Maximum Salary:
    $192,280.00


    The pay range for this position is expected to be between $125,400.00 and $192,280.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.


    If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
