Construction Supervisor Position at a Leading Company

• Supervise, plan, and organize construction efforts through in-house construction teams and contract labor for various projects.
• Responsible for in-house productivity, safety, and quality of work performed.
• Coordinate with engineers and developers to design the plant and sketch installation and location of equipment.
• Monitor construction teams and contractor performance ensuring adherence to agreements.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control.
• Review and process damage claims and communicate updates as needed.

Required Qualifications

• CDL license and experience managing in a CDL environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and company products.
• Ability to operate necessary hand tools and equipment.

Required Education

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience, Associates degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience. Industry and vendor-specific certifications and training required.

Required Work Experience

3+ years of OSP construction work experience in the Telecom field.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge: Project supervision in HFC/FTTH construction.

Preferred Education

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Working Conditions

• Work in office and field environments.
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Perform tasks near power lines and electricity.
• Work at various heights above ground as necessary.
