    As the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our clients and their families.


    Responsibilities:

    Front Desk Management:
    Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling.
    Maintain a clean and organized reception area.


    Customer Service:
    Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
    Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


    Staff Coordination:
    Supervise front desk staff and ensure they are well-trained and motivated.
    Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall service quality.


    Communication:
    Act as a liaison between clients, staff, and management.
    Communicate relevant information to the team and clients.


    Problem Resolution:
    Handle and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
    Implement measures to prevent future problems.


    Qualifications:
    2 Years Front Desk experience 2 Years Front Desk experience BilingualExcellent customer service and communication skills.
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Leadership and team management skills.
